The Security alert window informs you about deleting all files from a group. This means that you delete duplicate files along with a separate file which you consider as original and want to keep.

When you see Security alert window you can stop the deleting and start Smart mark feature (shortcut F7) to select files for delete.

You can view files for delete. Click the button Show files to do it.
