Delete confirmation window

The main purpose of the Delete confirmation window is for confirming the delete and display information about drives and Recycle Bin settings. You can see confirmations and change Recycle Bin settings before you delete files.

There are following messages and tips:

Action Description
Deleting files from network or removable devices Result: Files would be deleted permanently.
Tip: Move files into temporary folder instead of delete them.
Recycle Bin settings: Do not place files into Recycle Bin Result: Recycle Bin settings prevent to send files into Recycle Bin. Files would be deleted permanently.
Tip: Change Recycle Bin settings or Move files into temporary folder instead of delete them.
Size of files to delete is more than 4 Gb Result: Summary files size is over 4 GBytes. Recycle Bin can hold up to 4 GBytes. Files would be deleted permanently.
Tip: Move files into temporary folder instead of delete them.
Size of files to delete is more than Recycle Bin Result: Not enough space in Recycle Bin to place deleted files. Files would be deleted permanently.
Tip: Clear Recycle Bin or Move files into temporary folder instead of delete them.

When all deleted files can be send into the Recycle Bin you see message: Deleted files would be send into Recycle Bin. You will be able to recover deleted files later.
