Options window can be activated by selecting the main menu item Search set|Options (Ctrl+O).

The sheet General allows you to set up common Clone Cleaner settings.

Field	Description
Protect Windows folder	Allows to exclude Windows folder from searching for duplicate files. It is highly recommended to check this box.
Protect Program Files folder	Allows to exclude Program Files folder from searching for duplicate files. It is highly recommended to check this box.
Protect hidden folders	Allows to exclude hidden folders from searching for duplicate files.
Result views font	Allows to change font for Results views. To change a font Color, Name, Size or Style of font click Change font button.
Colored main columns in results view	If checked then main columns in results view are colored. Defines the background color for the main columns in results view. To change color click on the Set color button.
Cut paths in tables	Display part of full path if the path longer than cell in table.

To save the changed settings click on the button Save.
